These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Skyphaze website, user accounts, gameplay systems, leaderboards, tournaments, support features, and related services.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using Skyphaze, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable policies referenced by them.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the use of your account and for keeping access to your authentication method secure. You must provide accurate data where required and may not impersonate another person or entity.

3. Permitted use

You may use Skyphaze only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, scrape protected data, manipulate rankings, or disrupt other users.

4. Fair play and cheating

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation, manipulation of scores, account abuse, and unfair tournament participation are prohibited.
• Skyphaze may review suspicious activity and take action including score removal, rank changes, tournament disqualification, suspension, or account termination.

5. Tournaments and rewards

• Skyphaze may offer tournaments, rankings, rewards, prize pools, or other competitive events.
• Eligibility requirements, including minimum rank or other conditions, may apply.
• Skyphaze may modify, postpone, suspend, cancel, or end tournaments, brackets, schedules, or reward structures where necessary for security, fairness, legal, operational, or technical reasons.
• Displayed rewards, placements, and rankings may be subject to verification, anti-cheat review, eligibility review, and final confirmation.
• Participation does not create an automatic legal entitlement to a reward until the result is verified and confirmed by Skyphaze.

6. User content and support messages

Messages or content you submit, including support messages, may be stored and used to operate the platform, handle support, prevent abuse, and enforce these terms.

7. Service availability

Skyphaze may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

8. Intellectual property

Skyphaze branding, interface elements, software, design, graphics, text, and service content remain the property of Skyphaze or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where expressly allowed by law.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Skyphaze does not guarantee that the platform will always be secure, available, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyphaze is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of business, loss of rewards, or loss arising from interruptions, tournament changes, account access issues, or third-party services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are violated, where security or legal concerns arise, or where operational necessity requires it.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the latest version.
